The Blackhawk Tactical Handbag is a shoulder carried bag which is suitable as a small organizer, Bail-Out Bag, or for Female Military personnel to use as a practicle rugged-duty purse for a professional appearence with the utility uniform.

• Waterproof Hawk-tex bottom to protect contents
• Bellowed side pockets to securely carry items (cell phone, small water bottle, PDA, camera, MP3 player, etc.) for quick access
• Main compartment flap secures with a fixed siderelease buckle
